Security Officer Pawel Trojak has been awarded the Stanley Twyman Trophy for excellent service. The award is presented by the SPS Security team in honour of Stanley who lost his life whilst on duty for SPS Security in 2001.
Pawel, who has worked for SPS Security since August 2017, has been awarded the 2018 Trophy. He has become a key security officer in the East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire region, covering multiple sites.
Dave Barker, SPS Security Customer Service Manager and Pawel’s direct line manager, said: “Pawel is a very good officer and we receive multiple positive comments from customers on his service, work ethic and attention to detail. He is always smartly turned out and you know he will carry out his duties to the letter.
“He is reliable, always willing to do short notice duty cover and never lets us down. He covers multiple sites in this region and has always been willing to travel further afield to cover shifts when we have had the demand.”
SPS Security, part of the SPS Group, with its head offices in Neptune Street, Hull, has presented the award for the last 17 years to guards who excel in their roles.
Dave added: “Pawel is very highly thought of by the security staff and colleagues and is most deserving of this award. We are delighted to present it to him in honour of Stanley Twyman, a much-loved guard, who we will forever respect. Pawel goes above and beyond in his role and is an integral part of the SPS Security team.”
Runners up for the 2018 award were officers Rich Trimble and Nigel Holmes.
The SPS Group employs almost 1,000 members of staff and offers a single provider solution for cleaning, security and technical.
