Security officers Ian Sutcliffe, Dmitry Gaunt and Gassan Aly have been awarded the Stanley Twyman Trophy for excellent service. The award is presented by the SPS Security team in honour of Stanley who lost his life whilst on duty for SPS Security at the Atlas Caravans site in 2001.
Ian Sutcliffe has been awarded the 2014 Trophy. Daniel Little, SPS Security Operations Manager, said: “Ian is always receiving positive feedback from customers. He is reliable, always willing to do last minute cover and never lets us down with regards to lateness or not turning up for shifts. He is extremely smart and well presented in his SPS uniform and has recently successfully passed the Supervisor Course.”
Dmitry Gaunt has been awarded the 2015 trophy. Daniel commented: “Dmitry is another officer who will assist in covering sites at the last minute; he never lets us down when he is on site and is always eager to learn. He is proactive in helping and receives good feedback from customers. Dmitry goes the extra mile to provide a quality service and is always extremely smart in his uniform.”
And finally Gassan Aly has been awarded the latest 2016 trophy. Daniel commented: “Gassan is a key asset in covering high profile sites across Hull, West Yorkshire and South Yorkshire. He is always eager to work more duties; he is reliable and punctual and is well liked by all customers on sites.
All of the officers joined Hull-based SPS Group in 2013 and have worked hard to achieve this trophy. SPS Security, part of the SPS Group, with its head offices in Neptune Street, Hull, has presented the award for the last 16 years to officers who excel in their roles.
Daniel added: “These three officers are very highly thought of by the security staff and colleagues and are most deserving of this award. We are delighted to present it to them in honour of Stanley Twyman, a much loved officer, who we will forever respect.”
